I booked deluxe double room with freezer. A hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets where available there.
Not a single complaint.

The staff helped with my bags on my first stay, which I remember. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, a bar/lounge area. Coming back for Christmas!

The location of the hotel is great, with a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also conveniently located for a visit to Antwerp. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the receptionist was excellent, as she was always helpful and kind. She even arranged a taxi for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, the hotel provided several facilities, making our stay even more enjoyable.
One negative aspect was encountered in another area of the hotel, but it did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
